Lake Highlands Update

Every once in a while we get an awesome opportunity to make a SMALL but DRASTIC renovation.  Sometimes its the LITTLE things that make a huge difference. We added some shutters, replaced the wrought iron post with a cedar post, and painted this quintessential Lake Highlands home. Of course the shutters that the client requested were a mock-up of shutters the talented Joanna Gaines's created for a fixer upper they did in Waco.
